I am totally disappointed with the service, and lack of responsibility from this lodge. We understand some noise and kids being excited but until 1am is a little excessive. Yes, we went upstairs and you could even hear the noise through their door. May not be valid during holiday and blackout periods or combined with any other discount or promotional offers. Offer valid at Great Wolf Lodge, and only on dates listed above. Family fun with our lineup of daily events. I did this one through the app not the phone and gave the exact room #. Life jackets and towels in the water park. We waited until 11pm "hibernation" hours to make the noise complaint. Then the next night 2/10, was same story.

She did ask if she could give us a free meal but we had decided to go all out on this vacation with a cabana, meal deal, and suite so there wasn't anything she really could offer us we already didn't have. We were told they wouldn't be in until 3pm that day but would give us a call when they arrived. We decided to stick it out, and I called downstairs to talk to a manager. I messaged the app that night asking what the policy was to cancel our next night because it was so bad and wasn't sure we could take another night of it. I even have videos of the ceiling rattling from the people above us. We made 3 noise complaints via phone on our first day 2/8 and nothing happen. You went through the line and they served you. The only good precautions they had going was at the buffet. The lines in the waterpark weren't being spaced out properly, and the attendants weren't making sure this was happening. The Magi-quest area was packed and no one was staying 6 ft apart. We saw a ton of people running around without their masks on in the hallways, there was no one around to tell them any different. The arcade wasn't being wiped down, nor the bowling alley. No one abides by the 1 family her elevator rule. The bed lining cart was open for anyone to touch in the hallway. The covid precautions were slim to non here. Since we are local, my overall review would be I may get a water park pass and go to water park for a day but would probably skip staying over.

We’ve eaten at Pierces several times since we are pretty local to the area. Highly recommend Pierces BBQ which is within a mile and you can even order ahead and bring back to the resort which was nice having a toddler. Both were fine and what one would expect from “amusement park” food. We did eat at the buffet restaurant and the pizza place. In water park, easy to get chairs if you get there early. Bed was not very comfortable but, after being tired from the day, it was fine. It was nice that the sink was outside the bathroom area for times of getting ready.

The shower was tiny and the bathroom looked dirty due to stains in the tub & dingy fixtures. Room was fine but not worth the price, in my opinion. Instead we were led to believe it would be ready early and received our room confirmation at 350 pm. We realize it takes time to clean rooms so if we checked in at 1, just say you can change and here’s the location of the changing areas but your room may not be ready for awhile. Would be nice if they were honest about room availability. We tried to check in early and the checkin process was easy & smooth. Enjoyed story time at night but skipped the dance party as we had a little one. Not a super chlorine smell which is nice. Water park is great and has a nice variety.
